During these challenging times, our priority is the wellbeing of our staff, their families and our customers. As such we are constantly monitoring the global situation and how this may affect our customers and their travel plans. Here at Torvean Caravan Park , we want to give our guests as much confidence and flexibility as possible when booking with us.
All bookings (including existing customer changes) can only be made online HERE. Please note, we require a one night stay, non-refundable deposit for all pitch bookings, and £125 non-refundable deposit for lodges as per our normal terms and conditions. If booking less than 4 weeks to your booking date, full payment is required.
If your situation changes due to COVID, in the run up to your booking date, please read the options we have below and bear these in mind when making any booking with us. Any postponements or cancellations out-with COVID are subject to our normal terms and conditions, and we remind all customers that they should have additional travel insurance to cover any emergencies that may affect their booking with us.
In the event of a government enforced lockdown, where travel restrictions are put in place and we are required to cease operating during a period that affects your booking: you will receive a full refund, less your deposit. Your deposit will be converted to a credit note to use towards a future booking.
In the event that you are unable to travel to Inverness due to a local COVID lockdown in your area, you may postpone your booking and move to another date. Your full booking will be converted to a credit note / voucher and transferred to another date that suits you (subject to availability).
Please note, should there be a higher rate for your new booking date, you’ll need to pay the difference. (See our cancellation policy should this not suit).

Over 4 weeks to your booking date:
You can postpone your holiday free of admin charge and move to a new date. However, if you decide to cancel your booking completely you will lose your deposit only.
Under 4 weeks to your booking date:
If you decide to cancel your booking completely you will lose your full payment and deposit. If hiring one of our lodges - if we are able to re-hire your lodge to another party for your cancelled dates, you will receive a refund for the amount paid less your deposit and any difference in rates that we may have incurred to fill the dates.

As per all bookings at the moment, we’d like to issue a gentle reminder that you should not travel should you have come into contact with anyone with COVID or if you have COVID symptoms. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as and when required and without notice.
