The Black Isle Show is a 'must do' event if visiting the area at the end of July / August. Held annually on the first Thursday of August in the showground at Muir of Ord, this is the showcase event for everything agriculture with something for everyone!
From vintage tractor displays, stunt shows and dog agility to horse show-jumping, livestock exhibits and sheep shearing! Plus food and drink galore, locally produced craft tents and a whole lot more... Get there early to make sure you see everything on offer.
The 2024 Black Isle Show will be held on Thursday 1st August.

JUST A SHORT DRIVE FROM INVERNESS
If staying with us, The Black Isle Showground is around 30 minutes from Inverness. Parking is available on site, although it can be very busy. Buses and trains also run from Inverness with a shuttle bus from the train station direct to the showground.
